Greg Gavarkovs, B.Sc, P.M.P.

Greg is a Senior Director at SPM Group, with over 21 years as an accomplished consultant, he provides clients with thought leadership oriented solutions along with value-add deliverables. He works at the President and VP levels, and solution implementers across multiple industries groups including telecommunications, financial services, retail, utilities, and government.

His recent consulting experience includes leading the design and implementation of
an integrated people, process, technology solution for the I&IT organization in the provincial government to achieve maturity improvement objectives relating to portfolio, program, and project management. His project management experience includes a multimillion dollar program involving the construction and reengineering of the supply chain infrastructure, including distribution centres, for a large Canadian retail company.

Greg is a certified Project Management instructor who has developed advanced training materials and successfully completed a number of formal PM coaching engagements. He was the Director of Programs for the Southern Ontario Chapter of PMI and a founding member of the ISSIG.
