Marisa Oldnall

Marisa Oldnall has built her career on her success in delivering the full lifecycle of organizational, change driven and technology related projects and programs to a client base comprised primarily of financial, manufacturing, telecom, health and public sector innovators who have made integrating business improvement through technology implementation and operations a key priority. Most recently, her focus has been on helping organizations to build centres of excellence around project and program delivery related to achieving strategic corporate objectives. Her goal through her various delivery roles has been to inspire organizational change for the better through focusing on quality and excellence in the delivery of the initiatives in her portfolios.

She has worked directly for leaders in the IT, telecommunications and management consulting industries such as Deloitte, EDS, EMC2, MICA, MTS Allstream and NexInnovations to implement strategic solutions to facilitate recognition of business value. Her partnership alliances with key leaders in the IT industry such as Cisco, CSC, DELL, HP, IBM, Siemens, and Microsoft have played a key role in the success of her solutions deployments. In her current role as a PMO director, she is responsible for the success of a portfolio that enables strategically important elements of the health care system for Canada’s largest Province. Her previous engagements have been at both the project executive and independent consultant level, typically reporting to top executives on mission critical initiatives aimed at implementing innovation, creating market opportunities, improving efficiency and optimizing operational effectiveness.

Marisa is a certified Project Management Professional and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. She has also achieved a Masters Level designation in ITIL and holds a Management Certificate. She is a Microsoft Certified Instructor for the Microsoft Solutions Framework (project management delivery framework) and is currently an instructor in Project Management at Sheridan College. She speaks both English and French.

Marisa lives just outside of Toronto in Mississauga, Ontario, identified as one of North America’s most culturally diverse cities and enjoys traveling abroad and recreating throughout the Province in any opportunities that enable her to “get outside” and experience her environment. She spends her spare time recreating in the waters of Georgian Bay either boating, kayaking or diving.
