Project Manager: Michael J. Frenette

Mr. Frenette is a Project Manager in the Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada office of Sierra Systems, a Vancouver-based Consulting firm specializing in systems integration, management consulting and managed services (www.sierrasystems.com). Mike focuses on PMO setup, virtual teams, collaboration portals and Enterprise Project Management. He has worked as an employee and consultant in the Information Technology industry for more years than he likes to admit, mostly in project management over the last dozen years. Mike holds a Diploma in Data Processing Technology from NSCC and is a certified member of PMI, CAMC, CIPS and ICCP. He has served in many volunteer roles over the years and is currently Chair of PMI's Technology Member Advisory Group. Mike believes in using technology to increase collaboration, reduce effort and improve information accuracy. One of his favorite activities is discovering compelling reasons for solving business problems with leading-edge technology.
