Professor Hubert Vaughan

Hubert commenced his career in the field of computer technology in early 1972. The last 38 years had served a number of International Organizations including IBM, DEC, Unisys, Tandem, Bell Canada, Andersen Consulting, ANZ Banking Group and Bank of Montreal holding senior management positions in Technology related services. His career covered the five major continents around the world holding senior management positions as Director, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President. His career spanned across software development, professional services, product development, technology consulting, project/program management, strategic planning as well as business development.

Currently a research Fellow at the China Institute of Management Science, a Professor at the Institute of International Engineering Project Management of Tsinghua University and the Graduate School of China Academy of Science teaching Program Management, Project management, and Software Engineering. He had published more than 30 papers on related subjects in China and other world leading journals.

Apart from his teaching engagements, Hubert is a Member of PMI's Program Management Credentialing Committee (PgMCC); a member of the International Society of Innovation Management. Hubert also delivers Program and Project Management Consulting services to a number of States Owned Organizations in China.
