Findings from a cross cultural workshop at PMI’s EMEA LIM
Our Vice Chair, Petra Goltz, PMP, held a cross cultural workshop during PMI's 2008 EMEA Leadership Institute Meeting (LIM) in sunny Malta this May. The materials that were used during this workshop, as well as the findings from the main exercise are available here.
Being an open source person, Petra invites our members to feel free to share and use information from the slides and supporting materials for any workshop or presentation they may give on this subject (obviously a mention of our SIG would always be greatly appreciated ). After all, we can best advance cross-cultural understanding by learning from each other and sharing of our experiences and ideas openly.
For any comments, queries, or input, please write directly to Petra at her SIG e-mail address .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
Petra also presented the findings from this workshop to some of her colleagues at SITA, and a video captured during this event will shortly be available on our website, so keep checking back regularly!
