ISO/IEC 20000 is the first worldwide standard targeted toward IT Service Management. It describes an integrated set of management processes for the effective delivery of services to the business and its customers. This presentation is designed to provide the participants with introductory understanding of the ISO/IEC 20000 standard and how project managers will be involved in its implementation and maintenance. The participants will learn about the standard as well as what an organization needs to undergo to achieve it and maintain it.
