Six Sigma is a popular tool in manufacturing organizations. In recent years, the use of Six Sigma has expanded into more transactional organizations. This webinar will provide a brief overview of Six Sigma, the steps in a Six Sigma project, and what Six Sigma means for project managers.
Bob Tarne, PMP
Bob Tarne, PMP is a Senior BPM Program Manager with Lombardi Software, where he specializes in implementing Business Process Management (BPM) software and leading process improvement initiatives following agile project management techniques. Prior to joining Lombardi, he was a Managing Consultant with PM Solutions, where he was responsible for improving client's project management practices. His work included measuring project management maturity, implementing methodologies, and establishing project management offices (PMOs).
